Renew the State Capital Improvement Program
State Senate Minority Leader Nickie J. Antonio urges voters to make a plan to vote YES on Issue 2 on or before the May 6, 2025 Primary. Issue 2 would reauthorize the State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP) which funds key infrastructure in all 88 counties -projects such as roads, bridges, and sewers. Issue 2 provides thousands of local jobs, and is not a tax increase. SCIP has been in place since 1987 and has broad bi-partisan support.
